Prepared April 26, 2001 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND RE -ORDAIN <br />CHAPTER 15 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), ARTICLE V (Stopping, Standing and Parking) <br />• SECTION 15-149 (Procedures for parking violations; payment of fine without trial) <br />AND TO AMEND AND RE -ORDAIN CHAPTER 15 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic) <br />ARTICLE VIII (Impoundment of Vehicles Constituting Traffic Hazard or Illegally Parked <br />or Abandoned, Etc.) <br />BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 15-302 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />CHARLOTTESVILLE, VIRGINIA, 1990, AS AMENDED <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, that: <br />1. Section 15-149 of Chapter 15, Article V and Section 15-302 of Chapter 15, Article <br />VIII, of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1990, as amended, is hereby amended and re - <br />ordained as follows: <br />Sec. 15-149.
