provisions that follow such headings. <br />• 29. GOVERNING LAW. This Lease is entered into and shall be construed under the laws of the State of Virginia. <br />30. SEVERABILITY. Any provision of this Lease which is prohibited by, or unlawful or unenforceable under, Virginia law shall be <br />ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition without invalidating the remaining provisions of this Lease. <br />31. FAILURE TO ENFORCE LEASE NOT A WAIVER. Landlords waiver of a breach by Tenant shall not be interpreted as a <br />waiver of any subsequent breach or noncompliance, and this lease shall continue in full force and effect. <br />32. AMENDMENTS. This lease may not be amended or modified except by prior written consent of the Landlord. All amendments <br />or modifications shall be in writing and signed by both parties. <br />33. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
