Damaging, defacing, etc., religious buildings or property. <br />(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any of the following acts: <br />(1) Willfully destroy, defile, deface or otherwise iniure any building or structure used or <br />or <br />ware or other chattel or property kept therein. <br />(2) Brand, write, mark or paint any sign, letters or characters of an obscene <br />on any building or structure used or designed for use as a place of religious <br />or upon any part of such buildings, whether such part is interior or exterior. <br />or <br />or <br />(3) Attempt to commit any acts prohibited by this section. <br />(b) The possession of paint, ink, stain, varnish, dye or any other substance which leaves a mark, without <br />authority of the owner, lessee or agent of the owner, by a person apprehended upon the grounds of any <br />building or structure used or designed to be used as a place of religious worship or instruction shall be <br />prima facie evidence of an intent to defile, deface, brand, write, mark or paint such structure or building <br />as is prohibited by this section <br />e) A person found euilty of a violation of this section shall be shall be punished as provided in section 5 <br />I of this chapter. <br />Sec. 5-148. Unlawful accumulations of garbage, refuse, etc. <br />(a) The following definitions shall apply to these words when used in this section: <br />(1) Director means the Director of Neighborhood Development Services and his designee(s). <br />(2) Owner means a person: (i) who is the owner of any parcel of real estate, as indicated by the <br />real estate tax records in the office of the city assessor; (ii) who is the occupant or tenant of any <br />a parcel of real estate as an executor, administrz <br />beneficiary of any easement or rieht of use of a <br />0 <br />
