AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND RE -ORDAIN CHAPTER FIVE OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE (1990), AS AMENDED (BUILDING REGULATIONS; <br />PROPERTYMAINTENANCE) TO CONFORM LOCAL ORDINANCES RELATING TO THE <br />CONSTR UCTION, ALTERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CITY B UILDINGS AND <br />SIR UCTURES TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE UNIFORM STATEWIDE B UILDING <br />CODE AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF STATE -LA W <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Charlottesville City Council, THAT: <br />1. Article I, Sections 5-2 and 5-3, of Chapter 5 of the Charlottesville City Code, 1990, as <br />amended, are hereby amended as follows: <br />• <br />e the of this Ahad <br />Sec. 5-3.
