Article 11, Division 1 is amended to add new sections 5-32 and 5-33, as follows: <br />See. 5-32. Standards for installation of gas pipe lines. <br />Sec. 5-33. Location of utility lines near gas lines. <br />No utility line shall be located within one (1) foot of a gas line; except, that a sanitary sewer line shall <br />not be located within five (5) feet of a gas line. <br />4. Division 2, Section 5-56 is hereby amended, as follows: <br />Sec. 5-56. Building permits. <br />(a) Application for any permits required pursuant to the USBC ("building permit") shall be made to <br />the city's building official. The city council will, from time to time, approve a schedule of the fees <br />and charges associated with the costs of such building permits and with building code enforcement <br />and appeals required by this chapter. At the time an application, permit or other approval is submitted <br />to the city, it shall be accompanied by the required fee(s) and charges as designated in the most recent <br />fee schedule adopted by city council. Fees shall be made payable to the city treasurer.
