(d)..... • (e)An outdoor cafe subject to a permit required by this article shall be operated only within the area specifically designated assigned to an operator by a permit issued by the zoning administrator. The operator shall clearly delineate its area of operation through use of any one (1) or more of the following markers: trees, fences, planters and barriers. Where required by the Uniform Statewide Building Code, such markers shall have a detectable bottom.
