If any annual fee is paid in full by <br />January 15`h each year, a $50.00 discount will be allowed. Any <br />annual fee may be paid in equal quarterly installments due on <br />January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. A vendor shall pay <br />only for quarter -year periods actually used, except no fee shall <br />be less than one-half the annual amount specified above. <br />0 • Outdoor Cafe Permits <br />o Basic Permit Fee: $125.00 annually. In the event a permit is <br />denied, all but $25.00 shall be refunded to the applicant; <br />however, once a permit has been approved, the entire amount of <br />the fee shall be non-refundable. <br />o Additional Fee, Space Rental: $3.00 per square foot of <br />assigned space, annually. <br />o Winter Operations Fee: an amount equal to one-half (1/2) of <br />the cafe operator's Space Rental Fee, annually. This fee shall be <br />non-refundable in the event that the zoning administrator <br />revokes the operator's permission to leave equipment and <br />furniture in the outdoor cafe between November 20 and March <br />1 of the following year. <br />C, <br />J <br />
