(d) Any petition initiated by a person seeking to amend conditions that were voluntarily <br />• proffered and accepted by the city council shall be considered a proposed amendment of the <br />city's zoning ordinance and shall be advertised and reviewed as such. <br />(e) Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect or impair the authority of city council to: <br />(1) Accept proffered conditions which include provisions for timing or phasing of dedications, <br />payments or improvements; or <br />(2) Accept or impose reasonable conditions when granting any special exception. <br />is <br />0 <br />ARTICLE X.
