Prior to the construction of the 13`h residence, the installation of a sidewalk along the <br />southern side of Palatine Avenue between Rialto Street and the Moore's Creek neighborhood, as <br />identified in the attached sketch. Should the construction of this sidewalk be prohibited due to <br />right-of-way restrictions along Palatine Avenue, or neighborhood resistance, or for any other <br />reason outside the control of the Owner, an equivalent section of sidewalk will be installed <br />within the Belmont neighborhood, at a location to be identified by the City of Charlottesville. <br />6.
