• _ A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE VALUATION OF CERTAIN WATER AND SEDER FACILITIES TO BE PURCHASED BY THE RIVANNA WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY WUEREAS, pursuant to a .tour party agreement, dated June .1.2, 1973, and entered into by and between the City of Charlottesville, the Albemarle County Service Authority, the Board of Superviso.r.s of Albemarle County, and the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority, the City of Charlottesville agreed to sell and the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority agreed to purchase certain City facilities, aE set forth in Section 3.4 and 3.5 of said four party agreement; and WHEREAS, the sale and purchase price of said facilities was set at their fair market value as of the date of said tow- party agreement, as determined by Paul. B. Krebs and Associates and CIcNair and Associates,, consulting engineers, less such amounts as ma.- be paid to the City or the Service Authority, as the case ma, ,1 be, pursuant to Section 3.8 of said four party agreement on account o` debt retirement; and • WHEREAS, Paul B. Krebs and Associates and McNair and Associates, consulting engineers, have determined the sale and purchase price of the said facilities in a Report on Valuation of Water and Sewer Facilities to be Purchased by Rivannr.a Wateand Sewer Authority from Ci.ty of Charlottesville and Albemarle County Service Authority,_dated January, ].975; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that: the Service Authority does hereby accept the valuation of the water and sewer facilities to be purchased by the Rivanna Water and Sewer.
