A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE7PERMiT-FOR A <br />SEWER PUMPING STATION TO BE LOCATED ON PROPERTY <br />• WITHIN THE DEDICATED BUT UNIMPROVED RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />OF CAROLINE AVENUE,SOUTH OF FAIRWAY AVENUE <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />that there is hereby granted a special use permit for the installation <br />of a sewer pumping station on property situated in an R-2 Residential <br />District, south of Fairway Avenue. Such permit is conditioned upon <br />the development of such facility in accordance with an approved site <br />plan and erosion and sedimentation control plan, and in conformity with <br />the granting of such permit shall be subject to the following special <br />conditions: <br />(a) Adequate access shall be maintained to the Caroline <br />Avenue right-of-way. <br />(b) The interior of the pump house shall be insulated <br />sufficently to comply with the noise control requirements <br />• of the City Code. <br />(c) The creek adjacent to the pumping station shall be <br />maintained in an open and free-flowing condition at <br />all times. <br />(d) This permit shall be valid for a period of five years <br />from the date of its.adoption. <br />Copy Teste: <br />• <br />Clerk <br />Adopted by the Council <br />March 8, 1977 <br />
