FUNDS, FOR SUCH FISCAL YEAR., v' ar I:' ADOPTION.'OF BUDGET P7HEREAS, pursuant to §15.of theCity Charter and §15.iI 160'6f'the " Code of Virginia, the City.:Manager.has•caused`to be -prepared and.; presented to City Council a'"propose& bud�aet for" -the fiscal; year beginning July l,_ 1977, and ending June 30, 1978;, and WHEREAS,.a synopsis of such proposed budget, including the 'amounts to be received and expended as federal general revenue sharing, has-been published in, the Daily Progress,:.a' newspaper of'general -circulation-,'iii ,the 'City;.andnotice duly given in such newspaper and a -public hearing held;' thereon on April 6,' 1977, and the'„estimates:+o£'revenues'and expenditures therein debated and,adjusted by City Council'in open public meetings,,(all as. required by the City Charter_ §15.1-162 of the Code of`Vir gin ia, and.
