<br />III. GAS FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />Br.IT RESOLVED by the Council.of the City of. Charlottesville, that
<br />there is hereby appropriated from the Gas Fund, for..the operation.of`the
<br />gas utility during the fiscal year beginning July 1,.1977 and ending June
<br />.30, 1978, the sum of,$6,376,810,, or the amount of revenue*actually received,'
<br />by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. Suchappropriation shall.be
<br />effective July 1•, 1977':
<br />IV. WATER FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />• BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that
<br />there is hereby appropriated from the Water Fund, for the operation of the
<br />water utility during the fiscal year beginning July 1,.1977 and ending June
<br />30, 1978, the sum'of $1,375,628, or the amount.of revenue actually received
<br />by such fund, whichever -is the.greater amount. Such appropriation shall be
<br />effective July 1, 1977.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of.Charlottesville, that
