i • A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR USE OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON ALLIED STREET FOR WAREHOUSES. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, acting pursuant to §31-227 of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, as amended, has recommended that a special use permit be granted for the location of warehouses on the property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, the use of such'. property for warehouse uses is allowable with a special permit under §31-93 of such Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the conditions required by §31-325 of such Code for;the granting of such permit have been met, and that the granting thereof,will be in harmony with the purposes and intent of the zoning ordinance; now, there- fore be it RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that there is hereby granted a special permit to use for warehouse • uses the following described property: All those parcels of land lying north of Allied Street and designated on City: -Real -Property -Tax Map Sheet No. 45 as Parcels 17, 17.4 and 17:5; and all those. parcels of land lying both north and south of Allied Street designated on City;Real Property Tax Map Sheet No. 34 as Parcels 9.01 90.,2, 90.3, 9.0.4,, 90.5, 90.7, 90.9, 90.10, 90.11 and 90.12, SAVE AND EXCEPT those portions of Parcels'90.9 and 90.10 shown on a sub- division plat by Amos R. Sweet, C'.5., signed by the City Planning Commission ori -March 12, 1963,"and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit.Ccurt of the City of Charlottesville in Deed Bookpage and. identified on such plat as Lots 5, 7,.9, 9A, 15A and 15B, and their immediately adjacent-parking'areas., Notwithstanding any provision of±§31-225 to the contrary, the permit hereby granted shall be deemed to remain in full force and effect unless and until the zoning.classification'of said property may hereafter lawfully be changed.
