Pg. 3 Provided, however, that -the amount hereinabove appropriated for Salary Supplements, or portions thereof, may be transferred by the Director of Finance to the account of any other city department or agency upon author- ization from the City Manager; and Provided further, any revenues in excess of budgeted estimates for fee- based recreation programs operated by the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby appropriated to such Department for the operation of such pro- grams; and Provided further that the sum thus appropriated for the Tourism Program shall not be expended without further authorization from this Council; and Provided further that the sum appropriated for General Insurance shall be transferred to the Risk Management Fund for expenditure as hereinafter provided. III. GAS FUND APPROPRIATION BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that there is hereby'appropriated from the Gas Fund, for.the operation -of the gas utility during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1978 and ending June 30, 1979, the sum of $6,323,221, or the amount.of revenue actually received by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. Such appropriation shall be effective July 1, 1978. • IV. WATER FUND APPROPRIATION BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville; that ,there is hereby -,appropriated from the Water Fund, for the operation of the water utility during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1978 and ending.June 30, 1979, the sum of $1,404,296, or the amount of revenue actually received by,such fund, whichever is the greater amount. Such appropriation'shall be effective July 1, 1978._ V. SEWER FUND APPROPRIATION BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the.City of Charlottesville, that there is hereby appropriated from the Sewer Fund, for the operation of.the sewer utility during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1978 and ending June 30, 1979, the sum of $1,399,961, or,th"e amount,of revenue actually received by such.fund, whichever is the greater amount;` Such appropriation shall be effective July 1, 1978.
