A RESOLUTION <br />GRANTING TO THE <br />CHARLOTTESVILLE LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL ASSOCIATION <br />A PERMIT TO CONDUCT <br />RAFFLES. <br />WHEREAS, the Charlottesville Little League Baseball Association <br />has duly applied for a permit to conduct raffles in compliance with §17-19 <br />of the Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, as amended; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Charlottesville Little <br />League Baseball Association meets the qualifications as outlined in §17-19; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED'by the Council of the City of <br />Charlottesville that a permit be granted to the Charlottesville -Little League <br />Baseball Association to conduct raffles in accordance with all the <br />provisions of §17-19 of the Code of.the City of Charlottesville for a period <br />beginning March 19, 1979 and ending December 31, 1979; and <br />• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council be directed <br />to send a copy of this resolution to the Director of the Charlottesville <br />Little League Baseball Association. <br />p <br />Adopted by the Council <br />Mar& 19, 1979 - <br />Copy Teste: <br />Clerk of the Council <br />0 <br />
