0 <br />A RESOLUTION <br />GRANTING TO THE <br />CHARLOTTESVILLE CAT CLUB, INCORPORATED <br />A PERMIT TO CONDUCT <br />RAFFLES. <br />WHEREAS, the Charlottesville Cat Club, Incorporated has duly <br />applied for a permit to conduct raffles in compliance with §17-19 of -the <br />Code of the City of Charlottesville, 1976, as amended; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Charlottesville Cat <br />Club, Incorporated meets the qualifications as outlined in §17-19; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council.of the City of <br />Charlottesville that a permit be granted to the Charlottesville' Cat Club, <br />Incorporated to conduct raffles in accordance with all the provisions of <br />§17-19 of the Code of the City of Charlottesville for a period beginning <br />April 16, 1979 and ending June 30, 1979; and <br />• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council be directed <br />to send a copy of this resolution to the President of the CharlottesviLle <br />Cat Club, Incorporated. <br />Copy Teste: <br />Clerk of the Council <br />• <br />Adopted by the Council <br />April 16, 1979 <br />
