• R E S O L U T I O N <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, that <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City the following <br />document, in form approved by the City Attorney: <br />A Quit Claim deed from the City to David Pettit, <br />Trustee for M&W Land Trust,conveying parcel <br />containing 11.45 square feet on South Street <br />adjacent to City Tax Map Parcel 28-102B, for <br />consideration of $40.00. <br />A copy of such document shall be kept on file with the minutes of <br />the Council meeting at which this resolution was adopted. <br />Approved by Council <br />July 18, 1983 <br />• C1 kof Council <br />
