• "The City of Charlottesville, a municipal corporation <br />of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the "City"), for <br />value received, acknowledges itself indebted and hereby <br />promises to pay to National Bank & Trust Company, <br />or registered assigns, on September 4, 1985 unless this <br />note shall have been duly called for redemption, the sum <br />of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000), <br />upon presentation and surrender hereof together with <br />interest hereon from the date hereof (computed on the <br />basis of a 360 -day year of twelve 30 -day months) at the <br />rate of seven and five hundredths per centum (7.05%) <br />per annum, payable on March 5, 1985 and at maturity." <br />3. The City Attorney of the City is directed to file a copy <br />of this resolution, certified by the Clerk of Council of the City <br />to be a true and correct copy hereof, with the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of the City. <br />4.
