RESOLUTION <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />4E_IHE_�12Y_4E_�tJ6B19IIE�Y111E�_Y1BS�1b1B <br />WHEREAS, the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing <br />Authority (the "Authority") has considered the application of the <br />following Virginia IImIted partnerships (together, the <br />"Applicants"), each of whose principal office Is Madison Hall, <br />University Avenue, Post Office Box 9012, Charlottesville, <br />Virginia 22906-9012, for the issuance of the Authority's bonds <br />in the following maximum amounts (together, the "Bonds") to <br />assist in the financing of each Applicants' renovation of a <br />housing facility to be used as a fraternity house (together, the <br />"Facilities") to be leased in part to Individuals and in part to <br />the entities named below. The first three Facilities named below <br />will be located at the addresses noted below, each of which Is <br />. located in a Conservation District in the City of <br />Charlottesville, Virginia (the "City"). The last three <br />Facilities named below will be located at the addresses noted <br />below, each of which is located In a Conservation District in the <br />County of Albemarle, Virginia (the "County"). <br />1.
