Cable Company d/b/a Adelphia Cable Communications forward <br />to my attention at their earliest possible convenience a copy of Adelphia's <br />channel line-up, price list and related customer information for the <br />Charlottesville, Virginia system. In particular, I am interested in all <br />information sent to customers which assists customers in making decisions <br />regarding the selection of various tiers of regulated and unregulated (a la <br />carte) offerings. This information will hopefully include associated <br />equipment costs, upgrade downgrade fees, and any supporting explanatory <br />information. <br />At this time, I am only requesting information which you make available <br />to members of the public wishing to subscribe to Adelphia's services. Once I <br />have had an opportunity to review this information it may be necessary for me <br />to request additional information to help clarify questions I may have <br />regarding your rate regulation submissions to the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia. <br />Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this request.
