RESOLUTION <br />• ACCEPTING CERTAIN STREETS INTO THE <br />CITY SYSTEM FOR MAINTENANCE <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia, on recommendation of the City Engineer, and City Manager <br />that the following streets, or portions of streets, which have been <br />built to City standards and specifications, are hereby accepted <br />into the City street system for maintenance: <br />Birdwood Court, approximately 755.5 feet in length with <br />30 feet wide pavement and 50 feet of right-of-way; <br />Paton Street from its intersection with Grove Street <br />approximately 583 feet in a southerly direction, with 22 <br />feet wide pavement and 35 feet of right-of-way; <br />Riverdale Drive from its intersection with High Street to <br />its terminus at the 250 Bypass; <br />Smith Street from its intersection with River Road <br />approximately 352 feet in a northwesterly direction, with <br />22 feet wide pavement and 50 feet of right-of-way; <br />Morris Paul Court, a cul-de-sac off Westerly Avenue; and <br />• Marshall Street (Extended) from its intersection with <br />Davis Avenue to its northern terminus. <br />The streets, or portions thereof, hereby accepted are shown on the <br />attached copies of City Real Property Tax Maps. <br />Approved by Council <br />August 1, 1994 <br />i�6.A�wu.L- <br />rk of City Council <br />L_J <br />
