Trustee, to secure an outstanding obligation owed to Interfirst Federal Savings Bank. By <br />• Assignment dated August 15, 1994, recorded in Deed Book 1498, page 246 in the aforesaid <br />Clerk's Office, Interfirst Federal Savings Bank, now by merger known as Standard Federal <br />Savings Bank, assigned said deed of trust to Capstead, Inc., Beneficiary. Pursuant to <br />authorization of such beneficiary, as evidenced by its signature hereto, the Trustee joins in <br />this deed to subordinate the lien of such deed of trust to the fee simple interest conveyed <br />hereby. <br />The conveyance shall include the right of the Grantee, its successors and assigns, to use <br />the property as part of the Ivy Creek Natural Area.
