is <br />29. FAILURE TO ENFORCE LEASE NOT A WAIVER. Landlord's waiver of a breach by <br />Tenant shall not be interpreted as a waiver of any subsequent breach or noncompliance, and this <br />lease shall continue in full force and effect. <br />30. AMENDMENTS. This lease may not be amended or modified except by prior written <br />consent of the Landlord. All amendments or modifications shall be in writing and signed by both <br />parties. <br />31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT.
