RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville, Virginia that <br />this Council hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to sign the following <br />document, in form approved by the City Attorney: <br />Agreement between the City of Charlottesville ("City"), the County of <br />Albemarle ("County"), and the Charlottesville Albemarle Society for the <br />Prevention of Cruelty to Animals ("SPCA"), dated <br />2003, for compensation by the City and County to the SPCA for annual <br />operating costs and for the construction of the new SPCA facility. <br />Approved by Council <br />November 3, 2003 <br />e k of City Cou cil <br />• <br />
