• legal representatives, successors and, if permitted, assigns wherever the context so requires or <br />admits. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia. <br />18. Counterpart Originals. This Agreement may be executed in multiple original <br />counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which shall constitute one and the same <br />Agreement, and a signature by facsimile shall be deemed an original for all purposes. <br />19. Assignability. This Agreement may not be assigned by either Sellers or Purchaser <br />without the written consent of the other. <br />20. Survivability.
