Charlottesville's median family income. The initial sale of each townhouse shall <br />• be to an individual or family who has resided within the City of Charlottesville for <br />a period of at least one year prior to the sale of the property. Purchaser shall also, <br />be deed restriction or other lawful means, insure that the properties remain owner - <br />occupied following the initial sales. The requirements of this paragraph shall <br />survive Closing on the Property. <br />(3) Paragraph VI of the Contract is amended to state: <br />Seller and Purchaser agree to the following schedule for conveyance, <br />development and resale of the Property: <br />Execution of Sale / Purchase Contract On or before December 6, 2002 <br />Submission and Approval of Site Plan / <br />Subdivision / Rezoning May 1, 2005 — July 30, 2005 <br />Property Closing On or before June 30, 2005 <br />Construction Period August 31, 2005 — June 1, 2006 <br />Marketing / Sales Period August 31, 2005 — September 30, 2006 <br />(4) Paragraph VII (B) of the Contract is amended to state: <br />(B) Closing will take place in the Office of the City Attorney in City Hall <br />• (605 East Main Street, Charlottesville, Virginia) on June 30, 2005, or as soon <br />thereafter as all conditions of this contract have been met to the Purchaser's and <br />Seller's satisfaction. <br />(5) All other terms and conditions of the Contract between the parties dated <br />December 13, 2002 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />WITNESS the following authorized signatures: <br />PURCHASER: <br />Piedmont Housing Alliance <br />Lo <br />Title: <br />C, <br />J <br />
