Annual Payments <br />The Foundation shall owe a license fee of $1.00 for the term payable at the beginning of <br />the term. <br />V. Grant of Authority by City <br />The Foundation is hereby granted a revocable license to construct and maintain art <br />• statuary on the above list of sites for the term hereof subject to the obligations and conditions set <br />forth in this agreement. <br />VI. Obligations of the Foundation <br />The Foundation agrees to: <br />A.
