]33 ORDINANCE: AUTHORIZING SALE OF LAND AT CORNER OF 13TH AND JOHN STREETS Mr. Hendrix stated that Mr. Richard Tremblay had requested that the City sell a strip of property to add to his existing property at 13th Street and John Street, at a purchase price of $5,589. Mr. Hendrix stated that staff recommended that the property be sold to Mr. Tremblay and the funds be put into the Capital fund. On motion by Mr. Barnes, seconded by Mrs. Gleason, the ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF A PARCEL OF LAND ON 13TH STREET, N.W., IDENTIFIED ON CITY TAX MAP 4 AS PARCEL 277, TO RICHARD M. TREMBLAY FOR $5,589.00, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR'S SIGNATURE ON THE SALES CONTRACT AND THE DEED OF CONVEYANCE,, was offered and carried over to the next meeting for consideration. ORDINANCE: LOCATION OF CITY UTILITY LINES Mr. Hendrix stated that the ordinance would clarify the language concerning buildings constructed over sewer and utility lines. On motion by Mr. Towe, seconded by Mrs. Gleason, the ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND REORDAIN SECTION 28-4 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE, 1976, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE LOCATION OF CITY UTILITY LINES" was offered and carried over to the next meeting for consideration. PUBLIC There were no matters by the public.
