<br /> 3.. The proceeds of any general obligation bonds sold
<br />by the City during the fiscal year ending June 30, 1988, or
<br />during the remainder of the fiscal year ending June 30, 1987.

<br /> 4. The proceeds of the sale of any City real
<br />property, as prescribed by resolution of this Council adopted
<br />November 3, 1986.
<br />
<br /> 5. The sums estimated at $150,000 to be hereafter
<br />appropriated from the utility funds is also designated as
<br />Capital Projects Fund revenues.
<br />
<br /> B. The sums hereinafter set forth are hereby
<br />appropriated from the CapitaI Projects Fund of the City for
<br />the respective capital purchases or projects so set forth,
<br />effective for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1987; provided
<br />that such appropriations shall be deemed to expire at the end
<br />of such fiscal year, but shall continue in effect unless
<br />altered by further action of City Council.

<br /> C. The Capital Improvements Plan, 1987-92, adopted by
<br />this Council on November 3, 1986, is hereby amended to reflect
<br />expenditure levels consistent with the appropriations set
<br />forth in Section XA above.

<br />XI. GAS FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the COuncil of the City of Charlottes-
<br />ville, that there is hereby appropriated from the Gas Fund,
<br />for the operation of the gas utility during the fiscal year
<br />beginning July 1, 1987 and ending June 30, 1988, the sum of
<br />$10,761,764, or the amount of revenue actually received by
<br />such fund, whichever is the greater amount. Such
<br />appropriation shall be effective July 1, 1987.

<br />XII. WATER FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottes-
<br />ville, that there is hereby appropriated from the Water Fund,
<br />for the operation of the water utility during the fiscal year
<br />beginning July 1, 1987 and ending June 30, 1988, the sum of
<br />$2,920,713, or the amount of revenue actually received by
<br />such fund~ whichever is the greater amount. Such
<br />appropriation shall be effective July 1, 1987.

<br />XIII. WASTEWATER FUND APPROPRIATION
<br />
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlottes-
<br />ville, that there is hereby appropriated from ~he~Wastewater
<br />Fund, for the operation of the wastewater utility during the
<br />fiscal year beginning July 1, 1987 and ending June 30, 1988,
<br />the sum of $2,635,193, or the amount of revenue actually
<br />received by such fund, whichever is the greater amount. Such
<br />appropriation shall be effective July 1, 1987.
