Mr. Caravati <br />noted that it is unknown what the impact of site specific traffic calming will have on <br />other parts of a neighborhood. <br /> <br /> On motion by Ms. Richards, seconded by Mr. Caravati, Council voted, with Mr. <br />Toscano voting against the motion, to meet in executive session for the purpose of <br />discussing and considering the condition, acquisition or use of real property for public <br />purpose or the disposition of publicly held property, as authorized by Va.
