Mr. Caravati noted that it is unknown what the impact of site specific traffic calming will have on other parts of a neighborhood. On motion by Ms. Richards, seconded by Mr. Caravati, Council voted, with Mr. Toscano voting against the motion, to meet in executive session for the purpose of discussing and considering the condition, acquisition or use of real property for public purpose or the disposition of publicly held property, as authorized by Va. Code Section 2.1-344(A)(3), more specifically described as property located south of the 250 Bypass, and consukation wkh legal counsel and briefings by staff members, consukants or attorneys, pertaining to actual or probable litigation, or other specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by counsel, all as authorized by Section 2.1- 344(A)(7) of the Virginia Code. Council reconvened in open session and, on motion by Ms. Richards, seconded by Mr. Caravati, certified that, to the best of each member's knowledge, (i) only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements by Virginia law were discussed in the executive meeting to which this certification resolution applies, and (ii) only such public business matters as were identified in the motion convening the executive meeting were heard, discussed or considered by the Council.
