A rezoning request was originally made and then <br />withdrawn and the Planning Commission discussed text amendments that would allow <br />additional retail pharmacy space by special permit in a B-t zone. The initial text <br />amendment was rejected by Council as allowing too large a space, and Council asked the <br />Planning Commission to recommend a compromise. Mr. Higgins said that the Planning <br />Commission and neighborhood supported the compromise square footage of 4,000 <br />square feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
