Noes: Mr. Lynch. <br /> <br />PUBLIC <br /> <br />There were no matters by the public. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br /> Mr. Cox noted that the Association of Antiquities presented an award to the Board <br />of Architectural Review last week. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati noted that the Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors voted for the <br />Teneska electric plant project. Mr. Caravati said that Mr. Lynch is planning to bring the <br />issue of water requirements for the plant up with the Planning District Commission. <br /> <br /> Ms. Richards agreed that the Commission seemed an appropriate place for that <br />discussion to have taken place. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch noted that no one expected action to be taken on the proposal so <br />quickly. <br /> <br /> Ms. Richards asked that Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority bring any requests <br />to divert water to Council's attention. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch said that the Route 29 Bypass water study is being discussed at the <br />MPO meeting on Tuesday, and the County representative has asked for input on the <br />mediating mechanisms. Mr. Lynch asked what the sense of Council is regarding this. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati said he thinks this should be put on a future Council agenda for <br />discussion. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lynch said that the dra~ FY 01 TIP is scheduled to be approved on December <br />19th, and said he thinks all on Council would like to see the extension of Hillsdale Drive <br />go into the TIP. Mr. Lynch asked Council to let him know ifthey have other things that <br />should be included. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caravati suggested that fhe discussion about Hillsdale Drive be put on the <br />next Council agenda. <br /> <br /> On motion by Mr. Cox, seconded by Mr. Toscano, Council voted (Ayes: Mr. <br />Caravati, Mr. Cox, Mr. Lynch, Ms. Richards, Mr. Toscano.
