<br /> Of the sum of $1,875,000 tO be received in the General
<br />Fund from the County of Albemarle under the revenue sharing
<br />agreement of May 24, 1982, $278,000 shall be transferred to
<br />the Equipment Replacement Fund, $967,897 shall be transferred
<br />to the Capital Projects Fund and $629,103 shall be transferred
<br />to the Facilities Repair Fund.

<br /> Taxes on tangible personal property and machinery and
<br />tools for the calendar year 1986 and subsequent years will
<br />be collected in semi-annual installments payable June.S and
<br />December 5. The portion of such taxes for 1986 collected on
<br />or. before June 30, 1986, 'estimated at $1,300,000, being
<br />extraordinary, non-recurring revenue with respect to the 1985-
<br />86 fiscal year, shall therefore be transferred to the Capital
<br />Projects Fund.

<br /> Provided, however, that the amounts hereinabove appropriated
<br />for Education and Training and Employee Benefits, or portions
<br />thereof, may on authorization from the City Manager be transferred
<br />by .the Director of Finance to any departmental account in the
<br />General Fund, and notwithstanding any other provision of this
<br />resolution to the contrary, be expended for salaries or employee
<br />benefits in such account in the manner as sums originally appro-
<br />priated thereto.
