This permit may be revoked at any time, upon six <br />months' notice to the operator, for any public purpose as <br />determined by the Council. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE: STREET VENDOR POLICY (2nd reading) <br /> <br /> Mr. Buck stated that following concerns raised by Mr. <br />Start Epstein of the Hardware Store Restaurant at the previous <br />meeting, discussions had taken place between Mr. Epstein and <br />Mr. O'Connell, Mr. Wiley and Mr. Buck, but no solution had <br />been found at this time.
