Mr. Sheets stated that Chase Manhattan <br />Capital Markets Corp. et al. had submitted the lowest <br />bid at a true interest cost of 7.924988%. <br /> <br /> Mr. Barnes questioned whether transaction expenses <br />varied among the bidders. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sheets responded that transaction expenses were <br />the same for all bidders. <br /> <br /> <br />
