OTHER BUSINESS <br />Mr. John Blair, City Attorney, asked Council if they prefer two separate meetings for <br />making decisions on land use. Council agreed that they prefer two separate meetings. <br />Ms. Walker asked about a Social Services Report. Mr. Murphy said that he provided <br />Council with a report and that it was more appropriate for a work session vs a Council meeting. MATTERS BY THE PUBLIC <br />Mr. Mark Cavett, said that he warned Council to be wary of Developers' projects. He <br />mentioned that renters need to be notified in addition to property owners about projects being planned for a specific area. Mr. Tony Wasch Jr. said that he wanted to congratulate the Mayor on controlling the time <br />for people making comments. He also asked that the Mayor try to control the crowd in their <br />outbursts. He said that his behavior while he was being heckled was not a sign of disrespect but a sign of restraint.
