Box 198 <br />Charlottesville, Va. <br />Or if delivered in person to: <br />Tjze City Auditor t s Office <br />in the City Hall <br />Charlottesville, Virginia. <br />MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE FITvANCE COMMITTEE HELD AT 12:00 <br />O'CLOCK NOON ON THE 5th DAY OF JUNE, 1939. <br />June 5, 1939 <br />A meeting of the Finance Committee of the City of Charlottesville 1 <br />was held in the Council Chamber at the City Hall at 12:00 o'clock Noon, <br />E. S. T.., or, the 5th day of June, 1939, at which all members were present. <br />Mr. Jessup presided as Chairman, and Mr. James F. Bonen, Jr., Clerk <br />of the Council, who was also present, was directed to act as Secretary. <br />Mr. Bowen rejorted that the Notice of Bond Sale of w1502000.00 City of <br />Charlottesville General Improvement Bonds, Series of 1939, as adopted by <br />the Finance Committee and approved by the Council, all of which appears <br />in the minutes of the meeting of the Council held on May 15, 1939, was <br />published in The Daily Bond Buyer on May 23, 3939, and that a copy of <br />said Notice was mailed to all interested bond houses.
