David Dunlop on Ivy Road, and'1Tr. Sommers N. Douglas on Park Street, <br />Extended. <br />The following sidewalk application was approved for construction: <br />Estimated Property Ownerst City's <br />Nar,,le Location Cost Proportion Portion <br />Mrs. Geo. T. Davis <br />Wt. B. Shenk <br />Dan 0. Via <br />E. F. Gilley <br />Lyons Court Avenue <br />X266.25 $177.50 $88.75 <br />On motion by �1Ir. Gleason, Policeman R. F. Hall ti;,gas ordered paid one-half pay for <br />the time lost from July 20th to 23rd, 1939, inclu-sive, on account of sickness, and <br />Policeman E. H. Thompson was ordered paid one-half pay for the time lost on July 7, <br />1939, on account of sickness. <br />On motion, payment of bill against the Dog Fund for treatment of Leonard Ray <br />Davis for dog bite, was refused. <br />The following report was unanimously adopted: <br />July 19, 1939 <br />To the ?' erubers of the Council <br />of the City of Charlottesville, <br />Virginia <br />Gentlemen: <br />The Sinking Fund Commission wishes to report that <br />they have this date burned the following City of <br />Charlottesville llatured Bonds: <br />132,000.00 City of Charlottesville Refunding <br />Reservoir Bonds ltos. 65 - 96, <br />both inclusive, matured July 1, 1938• <br />w322000.00 City of Charlottesville Refunding <br />Reservoir Bonds i1os. 97 - 1282 <br />both inclusive, matured Jul`; 1, 1939. <br />x,12,000.00 City of Charlotte-sville Refunding <br />Auxiliary Water Bonds.
