<br />S ev.,er and Mr. John A. Gilmore addressed the Council on behalf of the new S t . Anne School
<br />Water Connections
<br />St. Anne and requested that the .100.00 County hater connection charge be remitted, and that a
<br />School
<br />county sewer connection be given thea at a cost of $60.00 per annum for a five year
<br />period. On motion by Dr. Haden, the following resolution was unanimously adopted:
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Charlotte-ville that
<br />x;100.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated to refund a County water
<br />connection charge to St. Anne School and
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he is hereby in-
<br />structed to execute a County sewer contract with the St. Anne School at a
<br />charge of ~60.00 per annum for a five year period.
