A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A COMMITTEE TO ADJUST ALL CLAIMS BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br /> <br />CITIZENS GROWING OUT OF THE SEWER CONNECTING ORDINANCES. <br /> <br />Resolved, By the Common Council, the Board of Aldermen concurring, <br /> <br />to adjust all That a cormittee consisting of the City Attorney and the City Manager be and is <br /> <br />hereby appointed to meet with any and all parties who are indebted to the city by <br /> <br />reason of having connected private sewer lines with the city sewer line, and the <br /> <br />said Committee is hereby authorized to adjust and order all amounts they may agree <br /> <br />upon to be paid to the City Treasurer, and the said Committee is hereby further <br /> <br />instructed to report to the Council all claims adjusted and also all claims they <br /> <br />are unable to adjust. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Common Council .Jan. 10,1918. <br />Ayes: Elliott, Forrest, Gleason, Graves, <br />Souder, Twyman and Wingfield. <br />Concurred in by Board of Aldermen Jan.14,1918. <br />Ayes.
