<br />Resolved, Ry the Common Council, the Board of Aldermen concurring,

<br />connection of hereby appointed to meet with any and all parties who are indebted to the city by
<br />private sewers
<br />to city lire, reaaorn of having connected private sewer lines with the city sewer line, and the

<br />said Committee is hereby authorized to adjust and order all amounts they may agree
<br />upon to be paid to the City Treasurer, and the said Committee is hereby further
<br />instructed to report to the Council all claims adjusted and also all claims they
<br />are unable to adjust.
