<br />That the sum of $225. or so muclh thereof as may be necessary, be and hereby

<br />is appropriated to put a rubberoid roof on the Meade property.

<br />Resolved, by the Common Council, the Board of Aldermen concurring,

<br />That the Directors of the Childrens come be granted the use of the Meade
<br />
<br />property for a term ending September 1,1922, free of rent, provided however, that in
<br />
<br />case of sale of the property by the city ninety days notice shall be given in which
<br />
<br />to vacate.
