Any violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars for the first offense and twenty dollars for any _ offenses. Each day shall consitute a separate offense. Incase of more than two offenses the permit herein required may be revoked by the Health Officer. 22. REPEAL OF ORDINANCES: All ordinances and part of ordiances in conflict with any of the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. This Ordinance shall be effective after June 1, 1924. REGULATIONS CONCERNING. All billiard saloons, pool rooms, bowling, alleys and shooting Galleries shall be closed every night during the week not later man 11 o'clock and remain closed until 7 o'clock the following morning. No gambling, betting, or gambling devices of any kind whatsoever, shall be permitted at any time at any of the places named in this rection. Provided however that on a petition signed by a majority of the owners, or occupants of the adjacent property within a radius of 100 feet, the mayor may in his discretion refuse to grant a license to any billard saloon, pool room bowling alley, or shooting gallery. Operation of a Billiard saloon, pool room, bowling alley or shoot- ing gallery without license or violations of this ordinance shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $5.00, nor more than $25.00 for each offense; each day violation- tion contindes shall constitute a separate offense.
