Any violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished <br /> <br />by a fine of not less than ten dollars for the first offense and twenty dollars <br /> <br />for any _ offenses. Each day shall consitute a separate offense. Incase <br /> <br />of more than two offenses the permit herein required may be revoked by the Health <br /> <br />Officer. <br /> <br />22. BILLIARD SALOONS, POOL ROOMS, ETC. REGULATIONS CONCERNING. <br /> <br />All billiard saloons, pool rooms, bowling, alleys and shooting <br /> <br />Galleries shall be closed every night during the week not later man 11 o'clock and <br /> <br />remain closed until 7 o'clock the following morning. <br /> <br />No gambling, betting, or gambling devices of any kind whatsoever, <br /> <br />shall be permitted at any time at any of the places named in this rection. <br /> <br />Provided however that on a petition signed by a majority of the <br /> <br />owners, or occupants of the adjacent property within a radius of 100 feet, the mayor <br /> <br />may in his discretion refuse to grant a license to any billard saloon, pool room <br /> <br />bowling alley, or shooting gallery. <br /> <br />Operation of a Billiard saloon, pool room, bowling alley or shoot- <br /> <br />ing gallery without license or violations of this ordinance shall be punishable by a <br /> <br />fine of not less than $5.00, nor more than $25.00 for each offense; each day violation- <br /> <br />tion contindes shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council March 179 19249 <br />Ayes, Brown, Morris & Joachim, Nones None <br /> <br />Clerk Signature <br />President Signature <br /> <br /> <br />
