BILLIARD SALOONS, POOL DOOMS, E','C. - REGULATIONS COId- <br />All billiard saloons, pool rooms, bowling,* alleys and shooting <br />Galleries shall be closed every night during the week not later man 11 O'clock and <br />remain closed until 7 o'clock the following morning. <br />iJo gambling, betting, or gambling devices of any kind whatsoever, <br />shall be permitted at any time at any of the places named in this rection. <br />Provided however that on a petition signed by a majority of the <br />owners, or occupants of the adjacent property within a radius of 100 feet, tile mayor <br />may in his discretion refuse to grant a license to any billard saloon, pool roomp <br />bowling alley, or shooting gallery. <br />Operation of a Billiard saloon, pool room, bowling alley or shoot- <br />ing gallery without lidense or violations of this ordinance shall be punishable by a <br />fine of not less than . 5.00, nor more than $25.00 for each offense • each day such viola- <br />tion contindes shall constitute a separate offense. <br />Adopted by the Council March 179 19249 <br />`Ayes, Brown, Morris & JRachim, T1oes Tdorne• <br />A <br />t7x <br />l <br />er r661 en . <br />
