<br />SECTION 1. No person, fire. or corporation, shall roduce, transport, deliver or sell
<br />in the Citv of Chn.rlottesville, any milk, skimmed milk, (except cream used for making
<br />blotter) without first obtainin;,: from the Citv Health Officer, a permit to conduct such
<br />production, transporting, delivering or selling. All permits shall expire December 31st
<br />of each year, and if a renewal is desired written application must be made to the Health
<br />Officer ten days before the date of expiration.
