Clerk Signature President Signature AN ORDIANCE REGULATING THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND SALE OF MILK, CREAM AND OTHER DAIRY PRODUCTS IN THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESILLE, VIRGINIA BE IT ORDAIN: D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE: SECTION 1. No person, fire. or corporation, shall roduce, transport, deliver or sell in the Citv of Charlottesville, any milk, skimmed milk, (except cream used for making butter) without first obtaining from the City Health Officer, a permit to conduct such production, transporting, delivering or selling. All permits shall expire December 31st of each year, and if a renewal is desired written application must be made to the Health Officer ten days before the date of expiration.
