No person, fire. or corporation, shall roduce, transport, deliver or sell <br /> <br />in the Citv of Charlottesville, any milk, skimmed milk, (except cream used for making <br /> <br />butter) without first obtaining from the City Health Officer, a permit to conduct such <br /> <br />production, transporting, delivering or selling. All permits shall expire December 31st <br /> <br />of each year, and if a renewal is desired written application must be made to the Health <br /> <br />Officer ten days before the date of expiration. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO SECTION IV OF THE ORDIANCE REGULATING THE PRODUCTION, DELIVERING, TRANS- <br /> <br />PORTING AND SELLING OF MILK, CREAM OR OTHER DAIRY PRODUCTS IN THE CITY OF CHARLOTTESVILLE. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. TUBERCULIN TEST. All cow from which milk, skimried milk, or cream are ob- <br /> <br />taiuned for use in the City of Charlottesville, (except cream used for making butter) <br />
