GAS RATES <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that the following schedule <br /> <br />of Gas Rates be adopted: <br /> <br />Minimum Charge $1.00 per month, or fractional part thereof. <br />First 5 M cu.ft 1.35 per M cu. ft <br />Next 5 M cu.ft 1.25 per M cu. ft <br />Next 20 M cu. ft 1.15 per M cu. ft <br />Next 70 M cu ft 1.00 per M cu. ft <br />All over 100 M cu ft .90 per M cu. ft <br />All Prepayment Meters 1.35 per M cu. ft <br /> <br />This ordinance to be effective as of the date on which each meter is read after the first <br /> <br />day of June, 1932. <br /> <br />All ordiances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council April 18, 1932 <br />Ayes: Mr. Brown, Dr. Haden, Messrs, Joachi, Twyman and Watson. <br /> <br />Noes: None. <br /> <br />Clerk Signature <br />President Signature
