4. Such officers agent, and employees, as said Board shall appoint in pursuance of <br /> <br />the aforesaid contract of November 19th, 1930, shall have all the powers and shall per- <br /> <br />form all the duties, now or hereafter prescribed by City Ordinance or State Law which <br /> <br />pr:rtain to Public Health and Sanitation. <br /> <br />5. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby <br /> <br />repealed. <br /> <br />6.
