The said bonds which bear the corporate seal of the City of Charlottesville shall <br /> <br />be signed by the Mayor, the Clark of the Council and the Treasurer of the City and the <br /> <br />coupons shall be authenticated by the lithographed fac simile of the signature of the <br /> <br />City Treasurer which to hereby declared to be 1n all respects equivalent to the manual <br /> <br />signing thereof by said treasurer. <br /> <br />While the said bonds or any of them shall remain outstanding and unpaid there shall <br /> <br />annually be levied on all taxable property of the City of Charlottesville a tax sufficient <br /> <br />to provide for the payment of the principal and interest as the same due and payable. <br /> <br />That the Finance Comittee of the City be and is hereby authorised to proceed to <br /> <br />sell the whole of said issue or any part thereof and deliver the same to the purchaser. <br /> <br />The Finance Committee Is given absolute power to act on behalf of the City in selling <br /> <br />said bonds or any part thereof. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council January 6, 1930. <br />Ayes, Messrs.
