and all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Clerk Signature President Signature AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF SECTION 320 (1) OF THE CITY CODE OF 1932, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Charlottesville that Section 320 (1) of the City Code of 1932, adopted November 21, 1932, spread in Ordinance Book No. 2, Page 86, shall become effective and be in force from and afterthe 21st day of March, 1933, and that the portion of said ordinance providing that Section 32D (1) shall become effective from and after the 21st day of January, 1933, be and the same is hereby repealed.
