Motor wiring and equipment other than motor $0.50 per outlet at motor <br /> <br />base, providing permits for motor installations are not secured at the start- <br /> <br />ing of construction. <br /> <br />Over 25 H. P $0.25 for every 5 H. P or any fraction thereof, additional, <br /> <br />provided that no fee shall be in excess of $10.00 for any individual motor <br /> <br />installation. <br /> <br />When one or more motors are under the same roof a permit shall be r egiired <br /> <br />to cover each individual motor and the wiring thereof, on the basis of its name <br /> <br />plate rating, unless one permit is secured to cover the complete motor Installa- <br /> <br />tion, listing each unit. <br /> <br />Generators: <br /> <br />The same fee rate shall apply to generators as are herein provided for <br /> <br />motors, based upon 1 R. Entrances on Sidewalks to Cellars and Area Ways Prohibited. <br /> <br />No entrances in sidewalks to cellars or area ways shall hereafter be permitted <br /> <br />without the approval of the Council. <br /> <br />Every cellar or area which opens in a sidewalk shall have such opening covered <br /> <br />with substantial metal grating, rough -surface metal,or metal and glass, which shall <br /> <br />be flush with the pavement; and no such opening to any existing cellar or area shall <br /> <br />be recovered, nor shall the covering thereof be repaired or renewed except with such <br /> <br />material and in such manner as above required. The entrance to every cellar which <br /> <br />opens in a sidewalk shall be covered with two doors of equal width, without joints
