All acts creating and amending the charter of the City of Char- lottesville are hereby amended and re-enacted in the manner and form following Sec. 2. Boundaries -Corporate status. So much of the land as lies and is contained within the follow- ing boundaries, beginning at a point at the intersection of the northerly line of the right-of-way of the Southern Railway Com- pany and the western line of Jefferson Park Avenue, or Fry Springs Road, thence along the northern line of said Southern Rail- way's right-of-way line north seventy-one degrees twelve minutes east one thousand four hundred and fifty-four feet to a stake, thence north seventy-one degrees forty-nine minutes east one 2 I� 1
