Enactment. <br />All acts creating and amending the charter of the City of Char- <br />lottesville are hereby amended and re-enacted in the manner and <br />form following <br />Sec. 2. Boundaries -Corporate status. <br />So much of the land as lies and is contained within the follow- <br />ing boundaries, beginning at a point at the intersection of the <br />northerly line of the right-of-way of the Southern Railway Com- <br />pany and the western line of Jefferson Park Avenue, or Fry <br />Springs Road, thence along the northern line of said Southern Rail- <br />way's right-of-way line north seventy-one degrees twelve minutes <br />east one thousand four hundred and fifty-four feet to a stake, <br />thence north seventy-one degrees forty-nine minutes east one <br />2 <br />I� <br />1 <br />
