Enactment. <br /> <br />All acts creating and amending the charter of the City of Char <br /> <br />lottesville are hereby amended and re-enacted in the manner <br /> <br />and form following: <br /> <br />Sec. 2. Boundaries—Corporate status. <br /> <br />So much of the land as lies contained within the follow <br /> <br />ing boundaries, beginning at a point at the intersection of the <br /> <br /> northerly line of the right-of-way of the Southern Railway Com <br /> <br />pany and the western line of Jefferson Park Avenue, or Fry <br /> <br />Springs Road, thence along the northern line of said Southern Rail <br /> <br />way's right-of-way line north seventy-one degrees twelve minutes <br /> <br />east one thousand four hundred and fifty-four feet to a stake, <br /> <br /> thence north seventy-one degrees forty-nine minutes east one <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
